Sharpening for Knives:
1.Coarse Slot: Diamond Coated Rods (Preparation) – Repair damaged straight knife edges and balance the blade before actually sharpening.
2.Medium Slot: Carbide Blades (Sharpening) – Sharpen the straight knife blade and restore its shape to a V – cut.
3.Fine Slot: Ceramic Rods (Polishing) – Remove burrs and polish the straight knife blade so that it is as sharp as razor!
4.Serrated knife slot: Ceramic Rods – Way of sharpen serrated knife is same to sharpen straight knife, but process in the slot that marked serrated knife.
5.Ceramic knife slot: Diamond Coated Rods – Way of sharpen ceramic knife is same to sharpen straight knife, but process in the slot that marked ceramic knife.
6.Single-edged knife slot: Carbide Blades – Way of sharpen single-edged knife is same to sharpen straight knife, but process in the slot that marked single-edged knife.
Sharpening for Scissors:
Put the scissors into scissors position, move the scissors blade from the end to near the handle, repeat the movement as many times as necessary just in that direction.
